Интернет; Протокол; Сеть Stream Control Transmission Protocol Протокол передачи с управлением потоком Транспортный протокол, который обеспечивает стабильную, упорядоченную (с сохранением порядка следования пакетов) передачу данных между двумя конечными точками. Он подобен TCP. Протокол обеспечивает сохранение границ отдельных сообщений (подобно UDP).
